Integra Lab Solutions Pain Management and Medication Compliance Testing Profiles allow physicians to develop personalized standards of care, while identifying patient compliance with prescribed medications and/or their abuse, diversion and misuse. Our innovative technology provides the optimal specificity and sensitivity necessary to identify and quantify recent ingestion of both prescribed medications and potentially interfering use of illicit drugs. Integra Lab Solutions profiles allow your practice to have confidence in the integrity of patient-centered treatment plans for your chronic pain, behavioral and mental health practice.
Utilize our testing solutions in conjunction with risk management tools such as an Opioid Risk Tool (ORT), Screener and Opioid Assessment for Patients in Pain (SOAPP®) or Stratified Risk Assessments to better manage clinical outcomes for your chronic pain patients.

Why should I use urine compliance testing in my practice?
Urine is an ideal specimen for compliance testing due to the levels of parent drugs and metabolites retained in the urine over time. Unlike blood specimens, which can typically only reflect the presence of many drugs within a few hours of ingestion, urine specimens can reflect the presence of many drugs for up to seven days post-ingestion.
What can urine testing tell me about my patients?
Urine testing gives you an accurate depiction of not only what, if any, drugs are present in your patient’s system, but what drugs may have been previously used; allowing you to develop a baseline for your assessments.
